This was a great and well thought out piece and thanks for sharing. The one thing that would really scare me though is now YOU have essentially become the company by the sounds of it. If something happens to you - illness, accident, personal stuff - what happens to the productivity? Seems like a very precarious position for a company to be in. However ignoring that, the insight into how good software practices made the biggest difference is refreshing to hear in these AI dominated times.
