This article seems a little naive. Whilst these frameworks all have merits, where they shine is for relatively small apps that need to be quick and won’t be around for so long. No backend? Are you serious? If you build any app of substance the backend becomes a critical place to hold business logic and not something some service can always cater to. It’s all about using the right tool for the right job. And sometimes that’s víte will react router.
