Couple of observations:
- What you see in your little world doesn't translate to "Every... " Its a subset of the reality. I work at a startup as a senior and I am coding more than error with very few meetings. Not planning my exit strategy
- The exit strategies you list don't sound all that stable tbh. 1, 2 and 4 would require a load of time to build up your reputation and none of them are easy. Especially to be consistent.
- If you have a problem with the current process at work "Architecture of frustration" and you are indeed a senior then do something about it. Don't just moan but come up with a better process, present and sell your new process to the right people.
